How to Add People to Twitter Rapidly

The more people in your follower base, the more people you can promote to in a single tweet. Instructions

1. Locate a Twitter user in a category that interests you -- for example authors, celebrities or Internet marketers -- who has a large number of followers.

2. Click on the user name to see his Twitter profile details, which include the number of tweets, people he is following, his followers and the lists he's on.

3. Click on "Followers" to bring up the complete list of users following the account.

4. Go down the list and add the users you wish to add by clicking "Follow."

5. Wait for the users to follow you back.

6. Find another popular account and repeat steps one through five.

Tips & Warnings

• Once you reach 2,000 followers, you can only follow up to 110 percent more users than are following you. For example, if you have 3,000 followers, Twitter would limit you to following 3,300 accounts.

• Do not follow or un-follow large numbers of people at one time and make sure you adhere to the Twitter terms of service or your account may get deactivated.
