How to Change the Ear Pads of Skull Candy Titan Ear Buds

Skullcandy is a popular provider of headphones, many of which are ear bud models that fit snugly in the ear canal. The Titan headphone models are made of precision-cut metal for increased durability. As with Skullcandy's other ear bud models, the Titans come with three different sizes of ear pads to ensure a comfortable fit for almost all users' ears. The ear pads can be changed at any time and do not require special tools.

Instructions

1. Grasp the ear pad between your thumb, forefinger and middle finger so it's supported on all sides. Grasp the other end of the ear bud with your other hand.

2. Put your thumb's fingernail behind the ear pad and gently pry it away from the ear bud. The ear pad should come off of the ear bud with minimal effort.

3. Line up the hole on the new ear pad with the attachment post on the ear bud. Push the ear pad onto the post until you feel it lock into place.

4. Repeat the process on the other ear bud. Store the unused ear pads in a safe spot when not in use.
