How to Get Rid of Netmop
Netmop is an Internet filtering service that is used to filter out pornography. The software is used to help pornography and sexual addicts by restricting their access to these types of websites. At the time of publication, Netmop has upgraded and is now known as Safe Eyes. If you have not upgraded the software, the steps below are the same but will say Netmop in place of Safe Eyes. This service is secure and can only be uninstalled by obtaining an uninstall code from the company through their website. Once you obtain the code, you can uninstall Netmop through the Windows uninstall programs feature.

Double-click the "Safe Eyes" icon in the lower right-hand corner of your desktop next to the clock. Enter the Administrator username and password in the fields provided, and then click "OK."

Click the "Uninstall Code" button, and then click the "Generate Uninstall Code" button. The code appears on your screen. Note that this code is only good for 24 hours. Close the "Safe Eyes" window by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner.

Click the "Start" menu button in the lower left part of the screen, and then click "Control Panel" followed by "Programs" and "Programs and Features."

Select "Safe Eyes" from the list of programs, and then click "Uninstall." You are prompted for your username, administrator password and the uninstall code you received. Enter this information into the fields supplied and click "OK."

Click the Windows orb button in the lower left part of the screen, and then click "Control Panel." Click "Programs" followed by "Programs and Features." Select "Safe Eyes" from the list of programs, and then click "Uninstall."

Click the "Remove" button when the uninstaller begins. You are prompted for your username, administrator password and the uninstall code you received. Enter this information into the fields supplied, and then click "OK." The username and password will validate before the uninstall process begins. The uninstall process starts automatically when the validation is complete, with a progress bar at the bottom of the window.

Click "OK" when the uninstallation process is complete, which takes approximately 15 minutes. The "Programs" list remains open on your screen. Notice that Safe Eyes is no longer in the list of programs.

Restart your computer.

You can also call Safe Eyes Customer Support toll-free at 1-877-944-8080 to obtain the uninstall code. You need to provide the agent with your administrator password.
The uninstall code is case-sensitive.
