How to Decorate a Wedding Reception Picture

After the wedding, a fun bonding project for the newlyweds can be decorating the wedding reception pictures. A wedding photographer will take an abundance of photos during your wedding, but decorating them and scrapbooking them will be up to the newlyweds.

• Scrapbook materials

Instructions

1. Register for an online photo editing site, such as Picnik.com. The site will allow you to upload the photos and correct any imperfections with online editing tools. You can decorate the photos with borders, lettering, color splashes, sepia tones and virtual stickers. Some sites will allow you to create a collage as well.

2. Edit photos using free websites that do not require registration, such as FreeOnlinePhotoEditor.com. These sites will allow you to add frames, fog effects or fading at the edges. You can also make the photo look like an oil painting, charcoal drawing or black and white pencil sketch, or add text to the photos.

3. Edit photos with software that you have to purchase or pay to use, including Photoshop. The Photo Express Editor or Online Tools menus will allow you to upload photos, add thought bubbles or humorous sayings and graphics. You will be able to make one color pop, create a black and white photo or add a frame.

4. Print the photos, or order photo prints and create a scrapbook.
