How to Sync a Kindle to an iPad

Syncing is a process where you synchronize the contents of one device with another so that each device contains the exact same data. For example, when you sync your Kindle eBook reader with the Kindle iPad application, your books, bookmarks and notes will be identical on each machine. By syncing, you can begin reading a book on one device, then seamlessly pick up where you left off on the other device. You don't have to worry about when and how to sync the two devices. When you open the Kindle app on the iPad, the iPad checks if syncing is necessary and prompts you to complete a few steps.
