  • Lemon juice or ascorbic acid

      Spread berries in a single layer on a piece of baking paper and place them in the freezer. Cut larger fruits, such as peaches and apples, into thin slices and brush with lemon juice or an ascorbic acid solution to prevent browning. Set the pieces in a single layer on a piece of baking paper and put them in the freezer. Leave the fruit in the freezer for at least an hour.
