How to Wash a Too Faced Kabuki Brush
Kabuki brushes are short with rounded tips, that allow the bristles to pick up makeup particles. Kabuki brushes are ideal for mineral foundations, bronzer or blush because it provides for a smooth application. Some brushes are made of animal hair such as goat, but the Too Faced kabuki brush is made out of "teddy bear hair" or synthetic fibers. The Too Faced kabuki brush is also retractable, which is perfect for travel and protecting the super soft bristles. Fill the glass with warm water.

Pour a dime-sized amount of mild shampoo onto your palm.

Wet the brush in the warm water.

Swirl the brush in the shampoo around your palm until it's clean. You should see the makeup particles wash off.

Dip the brush back into the water to clean off the shampoo and excess makeup particles.

Squeeze the brush to get rid of extra water.

Lay brush flat on a towel.

Reshape brush, so it dries correctly.

Tips & Warnings
Wash them at night, so they will dry overnight and be ready to use by morning.
Use an antibacterial brush cleaner in between washes, to get rid of different color pigments.
Avoid using brush cleaner with alcohol too often, for fear of drying out bristles.
Do not stand the brush upright to dry because the water will run down the bristles and weaken the glue or cause rust.
