Baby Footprint Rubber Stamp Decorations
-
1
Purchase a baby footprint rubber stamp and use it with the colors you have in mind for your decorations. Use pink watercolors to create decorations for a baby girl's shower or room, and blue paint for a baby boy. Other suitable colors for babies include pastels colors, light yellows and mild green hues.
-
2
Moisten a watercolor paint and place the rubber stamp baby footprint into the paint, then make an imprint on white paper. Let it dry and cut out the shape of the imprinted baby footprint. Repeat these steps to make as many footprints as you like.

3
Using tape, stick the footprint cutouts onto streamers to create a baby footprint streamer decoration. Alternate the colors of the footprint cutouts -- such as pink and white, blue and white, or a mix of pastel colors -- to make the streamers more eye-catching.
-
4
Imprint the baby footprint on baby socks using paint and the rubber stamp. Use paint colors that are appropriate for your decoration theme.
-
5
Tie pink, blue, yellow or green ribbons onto the socks by making a small hole at the sock ankle and running the ribbon through. Ensure that the ribbon is long enough to be hung from the ceiling in the baby's room or in the area that will be used for the baby shower party.
-
6
Make a baby footprint tablecloth with a plain white cloth tablecloth or white paper table cover. Print baby footprints along the edges of the tablecloth border or all over the tablecloth using the baby footprint rubber stamp and the paint color of your choice.
Baby Footprint Floral Arrangement
-
7
Make a baby footprint bouquet using green floral wire. Cover the wire by wrapping a white, pink, blue or pastel ribbon around it.
-
8
Using glue, fasten a stamped footprint cutout to one of the ends of the wire to create a footprint stick. For example, a baby girl footprint stick might have a pink ribbon-covered wire with a pink watercolor baby footprint paper cutout. Make several of these baby footprint sticks to create a baby footprint arrangement.
-
9
Place a piece of Styrofoam at the bottom of a white, pink, blue or pastel vase. Push the baby footprint sticks into the Styrofoam. Optionally, add some artificial flowers to the Styrofoam to make a beautiful baby footprint floral arrangement.
