How to Put Your Songs From a PS3 Onto a MGS4 iPod
One of the items that the character Snake uses in the video game "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots" is an Apple iPod. You find music tracks periodically throughout the game during your travels, but you can also take songs downloaded via an in-game service and use them on the iPod in the game. This allows you to listen to your favorite songs while you travel as Snake and fight enemy soldiers.

Insert your "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots" game disc into your PlayStation 3. If the game does not load automatically, select the icon for the game under the "Game" section of the PlayStation 3 menu.

Select "Load Game." Load your previously saved "Metal Gear Solid 4" game on screen.

Press the "L2" button on your controller. Select the "iPod" item from your equipment list to equip the iPod onto your character.

Press "Triangle" on the controller to pull up the in-game iPod menu.

Select the song from your PlayStation 3 that you want to play from the in-game iPod's menu. The song will immediately begin to play as background music during your "Metal Gear Solid 4" game.
