How to Add Dogpile to My Internet Explorer Toolbar
Dogpile isn't one of the pre-installed search engines for Internet Explorer. When you want to add Dogpile to the Internet Explorer toolbar as a search engine, you have to go to a Microsoft Web Page entitled "Add Search Providers to Internet Explorer." There you will see a list of search engines; note, though, that Dogpile is not one of them. This means you must treat the addition of Dogpile to the Internet Explorer toolbar as if you are creating a search provider.
