How to Switch the Operating System on My GoDaddy Account

GoDaddy.com, Inc. is a web hosting provider which allows you to choose between a Unix hosting account and a Windows server. If you ever want to use different web applications or switch to a different programming language, you might have to change the operating system associated with your account. You can do so in just a few steps, by using the GoDaddy account manager.

      Log in to your GoDaddy account manager.

      Click on the "Web hosting" option under the "Products" category.

      Select the domain name which you want to transfer to a server running a different operating system.
