How to Wrap Tortillas
Tortillas are commonly found in Mexican cuisine. They can be made from ground corn or wheat flour. Burritos, fajitas and tacos use tortillas to hold various fillings so that it can be eaten with your hands. Failing to wrap your tortilla properly will cause the fillings in your burrito or taco to fall out and make a mess. Does this Spark an idea?

Place a flour tortilla on a clean, flat surface.

Add your fillings to the center of the tortilla. Spread out the fillings in the center of the tortilla, but leave at least 1 to 2 inches of the tortilla edge uncovered. Continue layering additional fillings and condiments in the center of the tortilla.

Fold in both sides of your tortilla to make a burrito. Fold the right side of the tortilla toward the center. Fold the left side of the tortilla toward the center.

Fold the bottom of the tortilla up and slowly roll toward the top. Make sure the right and left folds are tucked into the roll. Finish rolling the tortilla and press the top edge of the tortilla onto the finished roll.

Tips & Warnings
Don't overfill your tortilla or it could create a tear in your tortilla.
Heat your tortilla in a microwave or steamer to improve flexibility if needed.
