How to Use a Mailbox in Stratholme
The World of Warcraft dungeon of Stratholme is an instance plagued by the undead spirits of its former inhabitants, the people of Lordaeron. One such spirit is that of Postmaster Malown, the postmaster of Stratholme who died in the Scourge assault of the city. His new-found duty is to ensure that would-be adventurers do not meddle with the mail system. If a player manages to access the mailboxes in Stratholme, Postmaster Malown will be none-too-pleased and will appear to bring swift legal action.

Obtain the three keys to the mailboxes in Stratholme by slaying the Stratholme Courier, who can be found near Fras Siabi's cigar store to the left of the main dungeon entrance.

Locate the one of the mailboxes based on the item description of the keys. The Stratholme Courier will drop three out of six possible keys, therefore there are six possible mailboxes to locate. In order to spawn the postmaster you only need to open the three mailboxes for which you have keys.

Slay the three undead postman who appear after using the first key.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the other two remaining keys. Upon using the third key, Postmaster Malown will appear along with the three undead postman.

Slay Postmaster Malown and claim your reward for tampering with the Stratholme mailboxes.
