Call the customer support team at 866-831-5895 for any questions related to billing, issues with a password or account, subscriptions or technical problems. The tech-support team is available via telephone from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) Saturday and Sunday.

Chat online with a support assistant through the "Chat with a Support Assistant" feature. You must enter your first and last name and email address to start a chat. The chat service operates from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. (PST) Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. (PST) Saturday and Sunday.

Email your question to GameHouse through the "Ask a Question" form on its website. Include your email address, your reason for contacting the support team, and specifics about the game, your operating system and your Internet browser. Attach documents if applicable to your problem.
