How to Upload Video Format in Flickr

Flickr allows you to share photos and videos with your friends, family and colleagues. With a free account, you have the ability to upload two videos a month. Each video should be no larger than 150 MB. Upgrading to a pro account gives you unlimited upload space and the ability to upload 500 MB videos in HD. Flickr provides an upload interface for adding videos to your account.

Instructions

1. Sign into Flickr.

2. Click the "Upload" link at the top of the screen.

3. Click "Choose Photos and Videos." A new dialog window will open.

4. Click your video file in the new dialog window. Click "Open."

5. Click either "Private" or "Public" to assign viewing permissions to your video.

6. Click "Upload Photos and Videos." Flickr will begin uploading your video.

Tips & Warnings

• Keep it short: Flickr only shows 90 seconds of any video you upload.

• Flickr warns that you should only upload a video if you own the rights to it.
