Remove the cork portion of the corkboard from the outer frame. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry up the brackets on the back if needed. Set the frame aside.

2
Cut a piece of fabric that is approximately 6 inches taller and wider than the cork board. Lay the fabric out on a table face down and center the cork board over it, also face down.

3
Start on one side and wrap the edges of the fabric down onto the back of the cork board. Staple the fabric down using an opened, flat stapler or a staple gun. Move around the edges, pulling on them and stapling down the fabric.

4
Paint the frame of the bulletin board in a shade to coordinate with the fabric. Let the paint dry after each coat and before hanging the cork board.
-
5
Insert the cork board back into its frame and bend the brackets back around it. Hang it on the wall and use it to display your photos and other memory items.
