How to Upload a Video to Facebook Without Being in It

Log into Facebook and go to the Facebook Mobile page.

Look for the Upload via Email section, where you should see your personalized upload email listed. Click "Send My Upload Email to Me Now" to have the email information sent to your email address.

Log out of your Facebook account.

Open your email account and click the email sent to you by Facebook. Copy the email address listed in the email.

Create a new email message and paste your personalized email address into the To line.

Type the caption you'd like to include with the video into the Subject line of the email.

Click "Attach File" and choose your video file from the files on your computer. Click "Attach."
