Directions for Go-Cart Frames
While go-karts are very complicated machines, their frames are not. The frame consists of a front pole to which to attach the axle, a back pole to attach an axle, a general board in the center to rest the seat and the bulk of the kart on, and a engine compartment, which can simply be a hole behind the board. The process will take up to an afternoon if done correctly.

Lay the board on top of the rectangle. Match the front two corners of the square with the rectangle's front two corners. Weld the board onto the poles.

Tips & Warnings
Experiment with different metals. The lighter the metal, the better -- but you must keep in mind the strength and durability of the metals as well.
