How to Wash a HoodieBuddie

Save

The Hoodie Buddie is an innovative hooded sweatshirt that contains wires and earphone buds in its drawstrings. Rather than wearing separate earphones or headphones that can get tangled in a hoodie, simply connect your MP3 player to the hidden plug in the inside pocket. Then listen to your MP3 player by placing the buds at the ends of the drawstrings in your ears.

Washing the Hoodie Buddie is also very simple. Use a washing machine, but don't use the dryer.

Things You'll Need

  • Washing machine with cold water (50 degree) setting
  • Laundry detergent
  • Place the Hoodie Buddie in your washing machine. Do not remove the ear buds, wires or otherwise disassemble the garment.

  • Set the machine to cold water (50 degrees Fahrenheit ) and activate any other settings such as load size as necessary. Add detergent and fabric softener as desired, according to the label and your washing machine recommendations.

  • Start the washing machine. When the wash has finished, remove the Hoodie Buddie.

  • Place the Hoodie Buddie on a clothesline or hanger to dry. When it is dry, you can wear it once again and use the built-in headphones.
