The Boeing Employees Credit Union operates financial centers, neighborhood branches and ATM locations in several states. The airplane manufacturer's financial institution also provides Internet-based small business and wealth management services for credit union members. In addition, members receive the ability to bank via the over 30,000 automated teller locations affiliated with the Puget Sound-based financial institution. As a rule, ATM users must follow several steps to ensure the completion of ATM transactions when visiting BECU locations.

Things You'll Need

  • PIN
  • Bank statement

Inspect your ATM card for damage or wear. In addition, ensure that the credit card logo remains intact while checking for breaks or debris on the magnetic strip. Check the card's raised numbers to ensure that all numbers remain present and serviceable.

Locate an ATM Machine. For members, the Boeing Employees Credit Union provides over 180 ATM locations throughout the northwest state of Washington. In addition, BECU provides ATM services via the 28,000 ATM machines operating along the credit union-based CO-OP network. Contact a local BECU branch, or visit the BECU web site to obtain information on ATM locations.

Insert your card. To withdraw cash, check an account balance, transfer funds or make a cash deposit you must insert your ATM card into a supporting ATM machine. Generally most machines require users to place an ATM card in a specified slot on the machine before entering a personal PIN to begin a transaction. Credit union members receive a PIN when registering their account with the credit union.

Contact the local BECU branch if necessary. For questions regarding lost or stolen cards, and balance or account discrepancies; call or visit a local BECU branch to speak with a representative. In addition, contact a local branch to notify the credit union of a change in address or changes in any other information that may result in a change in ATM availability.
