Calls may be removed from the block list through the online account management.

If you are receiving unwanted or annoying calls on your Sprint BlackBerry, you can block the calls. Sprint allows customers to block up to 100 phone numbers through an online account. When a call is placed from a blocked number, the caller will be informed that you are not accepting calls at the moment. You can add a caller to your blocked list at anytime without the need to contact Sprint's customer service.
