      Launch the Outlook Express program on your PC computer.

      Go to "Tools" in the top menubar and select "Address Book."

      Open the "File" menu in the pop-up window, expand the "Import" submenu and choose the "Other Address Book" option.

      Highlight the type of text file or address book file you want to use and then click "Import."

      Press "Browse" and double-click on the file you want to import into your Outlook Express address book.
