How to Write a Retraction Letter
While you may have been certain about quitting your job, sometimes co-workers or employers can make interesting offers that compel you to stay. If you have recently turned in a letter of resignation but have elected to stay with your employer, you should submit a retraction letter explaining your intent to keep working. A retraction letter is a professional way to officially confirm you will stay with the company.
