How to Create a Mozilla Desktop Icon From the Start List in Vista

When you installed Mozilla Firefox, the installation routine may have given you the option of installing a program shortcut icon on your desktop. If you didn't want one then but do now, you do not need to reinstall the program. Instead, you can copy the shortcut from the Start menu to the desktop.

      Locate the icon for Mozilla Firefox in the Start menu.

      Right-click on the icon, click "Send To" from the resulting context menu and click "Desktop (Create Shortcut)."
