How to Remove Playlist Songs on the iPod Touch thumbnail
The iPod Touch can store as many playlists as its memory allows.

You create and change your iPod Touch playlists conveniently right on the device. In moments, you can organize your favorite tracks onto a playlist, or arrange music by theme and style. A playlist is not set in stone after you create it -- you can edit a playlist at any time, add new music and remove current songs with a few taps of your finger.

Instructions

    • 1

Go to the "Music" application on your device.

    • 2

Tap "Playlists" and then the name of the playlist you want to edit.

    • 3

Tap "Edit" at the top of the playlist.

    • 4

Remove a song by tapping once on the red circle next to a song and then tapping the "Delete" icon that appears just to the right of the song title.

    • 5

Tap "Done" to save the new list.

Tips & Warnings

  • Removing a song from your playlist will not delete it from your device.
