How to Redeem My Points at Chase
When you use your Chase credit or debit card at participating retailers you are assigned "Rewards Points" which can be redeemed for a number of different types of items. Rewards points can be redeemed for things like hotel accommodations or air travel. Open your Web browser and visit the Chase Ultimate Rewards website.

Log into your Chase Ultimate Rewards account with your associated User ID and password. If you have a Chase card with the "Ultimate Rewards" program association but have no user ID and password, click "Get a Chase User ID" to set up your online account. When your account is set up, log in with your user ID and password.

Click the category links for different types of rewards to view the list of things you can redeem your points for. For example, if you want to redeem your Chase Rewards points for travel purposes, click "Travel." Browse through the list of items until you find one you want that matches the amount of points you have.

Click "Redeem." Fill out the form on screen to redeem your Chase points for the item you have selected.
