Accompany the person that you want to sign the pay check over to the bank. The bank requires that they see you and your legal photo identification to authorize the deposit or cashing of the paycheck.

Present your personal identification to the bank teller and sign the paycheck over to the person so that the bank can authorize it. The person can now cash or deposit the paycheck.
