How to Eliminate White Space in WordPress on IE6
WordPress is an open source blog tool and publishing platform powered by PHP and MySQL. With WordPress, you can create blogs and install various plug-ins, among other things. Plug-ins let you do perform many tasks on your blog, including removing white spaces from the list items outputted by "wp_list_pages" and "wp_list_categories." This white space might create a layout problem for your Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) Web browser.

Download the "Remove White Space" plug-in from WordPress (see Resources). Click "Download Version 1.0" button to start the download.

Copy the "Remove White Space" plug-in by right-clicking it and choosing "Copy."

Use your preferred FTP program to access your website server.

Navigate to the "/wp-content/plugins" folder of your website server. Right-click anywhere within the folder and choose "Paste" to copy the plug-in.

Log in to your WordPress Administration Panel (see Resources). Click the "Plugins" menu at the top or left panel, depending on your setup.

Locate the plug-in "Remove White Space" from the list of plug-ins. Click the "Activate" button.
