How to Add an IP Block uTorrent DAT File
BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing protocol. It allows users to download files by connecting to many people who have the file and receive multiple sections of the file simultaneously from different users. A free BitTorrent client program, uTorrent allows you to share and download files using the BitTorrent protocol. When using uTorrent, you may want to block certain Internet Protocol, or IP, addresses from sharing files with you. To do that, you need to enable the feature and create an "ipfilter.dat" file containing the list of IP addresses to exclude.
