How to Sync a Google Calendar to an iPad

Google Calendar can be synced to your iPad by utilizing the Google Sync service that enables iOS devices to sync with a variety of Google applications. Once configured, Google Calendar schedule and appointment information will be visible from the native Calendar app available on the iPad. Changes made and new events added from the iPad or the Google Calendar interface will be automatically synchronized.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPad home screen.

2. Tap the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" menu option, and tap "Add Account."

3. Tap "Microsoft Exchange."

4. Leave the domain field blank, and enter your Google Calendar user name and password; tap "Next."

5. Tap "Cancel" if the iPad prompts "Unable to verify certificate" to continue with configuration.

6. Type "m.google.com" as the server, then tap "Next."

7. Set "Calendars" and other Google services to "On" in order to sync them with your iPad; tap "Done."
