How to Outline in Photoshop Elements

Adobe's Photoshop Elements is a trimmed-down version of the popular Photoshop image editing software and is designed to be more budget-friendly for the average consumer. The Stroke command in Photoshop Elements allows you to draw an outline around areas, objects and layers in an image. Once you have drawn an outline around an area, you can use Photoshop Elements to edit the position, width, color and other properties of the outline.

    • 3

Set the outline properties to your specifications in the Stroke dialog box.

    • 4
