Instructions

      Rinse potatoes under lukewarm water. Remove any loose dirt from the surface of the potatoes.

      Peel the skins off the potatoes. Use the potato peeler to remove the dark brown layer from the potatoes.

      Rinse potatoes under lukewarm water. This will show any remaining skin or dark marks. Cut dark marks out with the tip of the knife and remove any remaining skin.

      Slice the potatoes lengthwise into four strips. Lay each strip on a flat surface. A cutting board is recommended to prevent any damage to the countertop.

      Cut each potato strip into two to three sections depending on the width.

      Cut the thinner strips into squares. Boil or deep-fry for your desired dish.
