How to Warm Up Snow Crab Legs
Snow crabs may not be as big as Alaskan king crab legs or as famous as Maryland blue crabs, but when it comes to the meat in the legs, snow crab legs are among the sweetest tasting. Snow crabs reside in the cold waters of both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Snow crab legs usually are available already cooked, on ice in the store. You only have to reheat them when you get home. Whatever method you choose, remember you are only reheating, not repeating the cooking process. Overcooking the crab legs will result in rubbery, tasteless meat. Does this Spark an idea?
