How to Clean Grills on Smoke Hollow Smokers
Smoke Hollow is a brand of meat smoker for slow-cooking barbecue outdoors over low heat. Some models use liquid propane from a perssurized tank for fuel and others work with electric burners and wood pellets to produce smoke. Regardless of fuel type, Smoker Hollow Smokers contain a steel cooking grill that holds cuts of meat over the smoke and heat source. During the long process required to smoke a thick cut of beef or pork, the grill typically becomes encrusted with grease and meat drippings, as well as smoke residue. Clean the grill before your next smoking session. Does this Spark an idea?
