How to Disable a Qwest Phone Mail Box

Qwest offers residential, small business and enterprise Internet, satellite television and telephone to customers in the United States. Qwest phone service offers customers access to a voice mail mailbox for unanswered calls to be connected. Customers have the option of setting up their voice mail when they start service with Qwest and to disable or cancel their voice mail when they no longer require the service.

Instructions

1. Contact Qwest customer service at 800-669-7676 and notify a representative that you would like to disable your voice mail service.

2. Provide the customer service representative with your account information including the account holder name and the account password, PIN or the last four digits of the account holders' social security number.

3. Disconnect your call once the representative has disabled your voice mail service.
