Instructions

    • 1

Remove the bread from its original plastic or other wrapping. Place the bread in a paper bag. Twist the opening of the bag closed tightly and tie with a twist tie.

    • 2

Place the bread inside the bread box and close the lid.

    • 3

Avoid opening the box lid when unnecessary. The more light and air that reach the bread, the faster the bread will get stale. Remove the bread from the container and paper to use. Replace the bread immediately after use.

    • 4

Store the bread in the bread box for up to 1 week or until it starts to mold. Eventually, all breads will mold no matter the storage container. If you do not plan to use the bread within a week or so, then freeze the unused portion to keep it fresh longer. Thaw the bread before serving.
