How to Host a Windows 2003 VPS
Hosting a Windows 2003 VPS (virtual private server) is a way to create multiple Windows servers on a single physical machine. A "virtual" server shares the resources of the host server; so memory, hard disk space and network cards are spread across both virtual and physical machines. Hosting a virtual server can be accomplished by an IT administrator with the right skills.
