How do I Create Greeting Card Templates for Microsoft Publisher 2003?

Among its features is the ability to select templates for a variety of publication types, including booklets, websites and greetings cards. You can make your own greetings card template in Publisher 2003 and save it to your templates folder for use on future special occasions.
