How to Make Crazy Edited Photos
Affordable graphics software has recently unleashed a new world of edited photography. Just about anyone can take a personal or professional photo and alter it to make a crazy, unique image. To edit a photo to make it more interesting, you can edit someone's face into it, change the background or incorporate surreal images within. However, the fastest, easiest way to make a crazy edited photo is to adjust the color balance or apply a filter.

Open your photo in Adobe Photoshop.

Adjust the color balance of your photo. Click Image --> Adjustments --> Hue/Saturation. The shortcut for this is "Ctrl U". Play around with various hue, saturation, lightness and colorization settings. Checking the Preview box will allow you to instantly see a preview of your adjustments on the main photo.

Add a filter. Click on the Filter tab, then scroll down to the filter you wish to use. Artistic, Sketch, Texture or Stylize filters change the color, texture and style of the photo. Distort filters alter lines, colors and shapes. You can also use Blur or Render filters to create the impression of movement or a false lighting source. Play around with several filters by clicking Edit --> Undo each time you want to try a different filter.

Use several color adjustments and filters on one photo to further enhance the image.
To avoid losing the original version of your photo, rename the edited photo right away.
