How to Log on Under Administrator
If you want to be able to make any significant changes to the operating system of the Microsoft Windows computer you use, you must have administrator privileges. Without these privileges, you are limited in the changes you can make. The system administrator must have a password to log in to the computer. In order for you to log in as an administrator, you must also have access to this password.

Turn on the computer if it is turned off. If you are already logged in under an account other than the administrator's account, click "Start," then select "Log Off."

Click the administrator's user icon.

Type the administrator's password.

Press "Enter." You will log on as an administrator.
