How to Create a Positive Christian Youth Attitude

A positive attitude leads to a happier family life.

Instilling good values in children is very important. Having a positive attitude makes one feel good, and it inspires others. When we complain and lose faith, not only are we focusing on the negative, but we blind ourselves to all the good that comes from God. In addition, we also cause other people to lose faith. Our actions and attitude have an impact on everyone around us.

Instructions

1. Tell your children about their positive traits. Build up their confidence.

2. Discuss on a consistent basis the good of God and the importance to live a life of faith.

3. Discuss the things you are grateful for God providing in your life with your children. Have your children do the same thing on a regular basis.

4. Attend church every Sunday. Have your children volunteer at church and in the community.

5. Lead by example. Remember, you are among your children's biggest role models. Be positive. Speak well of others. Believe in yourself and in God. Display this belief as often as possible.
