Instructions
-
Creating the "Skirt"
-
1
Wrap the sarong around your waist like a towel.
-
2
Gather the two ends of the wrap and loop them, as though to tie a knot.
-
-
3
Pull the looped knot tight around your waist and allow the ends to flow down.
Creating the "Dress"
-
4
Wrap the sarong around your back and under your arms, as you would a towel. Your arms will be holding the ends of the sarong out in front of you.
-
5
Take the two ends of the material and criss-cross them in front of your chest area, near your neck. Do this two times to assure tightness.
-
6
Take those ends and tie them behind your neck. Allow the front of the sarong to fall down past your stomach.
Creating the "Shirt"
-
7
Fold the sarong horizontally in half.
-
8
Wrap it around the back of your neck, so that the ends are now in front near your chest.
-
9
Criss-cross the material, which should be the size of a large scarf, one time.
-
10
Spread the criss-crossed material over your chest so that it covers adequately.
-
11
Tie the sarong in the back, near your mid-back.

Tips & Warnings
You can create a halter top instead of a dress by using a smaller sarong or by simply folding it in half.
Do not tie the ends around your neck too tight; it may restrict breathing.
