How to Copy & Paste Picture Codes
Photos are a major component of the Internet, with millions of pictures being uploaded to social networking sites, photo-sharing sites and regular Web pages every day. With so many sites trying to gain traction with an audience by being user-friendly for media sharing, many photos have an "embed" code that allows you to post the same picture on your site or page while automatically crediting or linking to the original source site. Copying and pasting picture codes just requires your mouse.

Locate a "Share" button near the photo in question. If the photo has an embed code, there should be a button available near the photo to access it.

Click on the "Share" button to reveal the embed code. Many buttons will automatically copy the code to your clipboard so you can just paste it where you want it to go.

Tips & Warnings
If no embed code is available, you can usually right-click on a photo, save it to your computer, and then re-upload it to a new site, as long as it's a public domain image or you have copy permission from the owner.
