Select the location for your beach wedding. Choose a local beach or far away beach if a destination wedding is in your budget. Call to reserve the area for your wedding. Get all the details as far as what you can have on the beach during the ceremony and if there are any fees for setting up and breaking down, renting chairs, etc.

Make your save the date cards and invitations for your beach wedding. Create them yourself using card-creation software, adding pictures of the beach and the website of the location if it's a destination wedding. Print them on card stock and send them to guests. Send save the date cards at least four to five months prior to the wedding and invitations a month or two before.

Make your own centerpieces for the tables after your wedding. Use sea shells and palm fronds to create an arrangement to set on each table.
