Warm up. Stretch your muscles so that you are flexible enough to perform the knee drop. Perform a simple stretch by lifting your foot behind your knee, and holding it for 10 seconds. This will warm up the muscle in your thigh.

2
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands by your side.

3
Lift your left leg around the back of your right leg. In this position, your legs are crossed, and your left foot is placed to the right of your right foot.
-
4
Shift your weight forwards onto the tips of your toes. Do this as you cross you left leg behind your right.

5
Lean onto your toes, and help your balance by raising your hands to waist level. You legs remain crossed, with a small gap between your feet to help you stabilze. As you do these movements in time, your knees drop forward.

Finish the move, by doing the same with the opposite leg. Bring your left leg back around to the starting position, and then cross your right foot around the back of your left leg.
