How to Find the Picture Tool Bar

The Picture Toolbar is available in Microsoft Word 2003 and earlier versions. It allows you to insert and edit pictures and images inserted into Microsoft Word. It is often a floating toolbar, meaning that it is not affixed to the main toolbar of the software. The toolbar is identified by the word "Picture" in the title, and has an icon of a mountain with the sun overhead on the far-left side of the toolbar. If you would like to edit a picture or image, but the toolbar is not open, you can easily open the Picture Toolbar from the "Toolbar" menu of Microsoft Word.
