DIY: Pirate Bedroom
If you are eager to make a bedroom fit for a pirate captain, there are plenty of way to decorate and accessorize the room for any age of scallywag. Paint the walls a clear tropical blue, as if the entire bedroom was floating on the open ocean. Feel free to experiment with the idea by adding white puffy clouds, curvy waves or ominous storm clouds to the walls. If the floor can be painted, use a deep blue to simulate the ocean or a sandy color to represent a tropical island.
