Dell Axim X5 Instructions
The Axim X5 is a personal digital assistant designed by Dell. The device runs a version of Windows optimized for Pocket PCs and is equipped with a large color screen, removable battery and compact Flash card slot. It is capable of performing a large number of daily tasks, the initial setup process is straightforward and does not require a computer or any other device. The Axim X5 is capable of connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi, but an Internet connection is not required for setup.

Insert the battery into the back of the device and slide the battery lock to the "locked" position.

Rotate the device so that the screen is pointing up and press the "Power" button located on the top of the device above the screen.

Tap the "Start" button using the device's included stylus and select the "Settings" menu.

Choose the "Personal" tab and then select "Today" to personalize the device and choose which information is displayed on the device's home screen.
