How to Get a Post to Stay on Top in a Thesis Theme
The Thesis theme is a premium theme framework for websites using the WordPress blogging platform. Thesis merely changes the design of the website, not the core WordPress files, so the process of making a post stay on top is the same as it is with other WordPress themes. Keeping a post at the top of your blog is known as making it "sticky." You can make a WordPress post sticky on the post editor screen.

Sign into your admin panel. Click on "Posts" to display the list of posts.

Browse through the list to find the post you want to stay on top.

Hover your mouse over the post title. A sub-menu will appear. Click on "Quick Edit."

Check the box next to "Make This Post Sticky." Click "Update" to make the post stay on top.

Tips & Warnings
Follow the same process to remove the post from the top, except remove the check from "Make This Post Sticky."
