How to Make Payments on Kmart Charge Cards

In 2005, Kmart purchased Sears and merged their brands. Part of this merging involved the Kmart charge card and the Sears charge card. Accounts have consolidated into a Kmart Sears charge card, which is simply known as the Sears Card. It is available as either a Sears card or Sears MasterCard card, with the Sears card only valid for purchases at Sears, Kmart and their respective websites. Regardless of which charge card you have, making a payment is the same process.

Instructions

1. Detach your payment slip from the charge card statement and mail it in the enclosed envelope with your payment. Note the due date listed on the payment slip and mail it a few days early to make sure it arrives in time.

2. Log into your online account on the Citibank website to make your payment. Once logged in, click on "Payments" to get to the payments screen, where you can enter in the amount you want to pay, when you want to have the payment made on the account and which checking account you want to use for the payment.

3. Call the customer service line to make your payment over the phone. For a regular Sears card, call 800-917-7700. For a Sears MasterCard, call 800-669-8488. If you are behind payments on either card, you must call Collections to make your payment at 800-733-1116.
